You see a beatiful angels everyday right? So I went for something not so holy, an angel in great pain. Now besides the fact that there would be alot more blood what do you think?

I really like the perspective in this, and the whole color scheme is very nice. The fact that the viewer can't see the angels face makes the pic more mysterious, very nice work. *first comment dance*

:-) Stephen E. Hurlbut replies: "Yeah at first it wasn't so good but i messed with color setting making it much darker, and markings much more obvious, yes she looked sadder with her face covered 1 plus it reminded me of the ring"

Very nice. The atmosphere of the pic fits really well in here. The background is really spiffy 5

1 Stephen E. Hurlbut replies: "Sometimes things change like that on my scanner the appearance here is so much different but i have grown to like it like this now that i think it does fit kinda well thanks for the comment Jackie"

Now this is a very different despiction of an angel.
I've seen many fallen angels, vengeful angels, sorrowful angels...
but this, this is different.
Perhaps it's the mixed medium, or the perspective...
either way, this piece moved me.

Bravo.

1 Stephen E. Hurlbut replies: "Why thank you! It didnt move you out of your chair did it, cause that hurts 1 Yeah I'm quite proud of this picture myself it turned out great even after I left it in my brothers room and it got... injured... and the quality was poor and crinkled it actually formed a background... sorta but i dont like that crease... Now I think this is sorta a fallen angel but when she landed it hurt real bad... "

I love the way you coloured this and the crumpled paper really gives it a great effect

14 Stephen E. Hurlbut replies: "Thankyou! it looks so different from the original, yet the accident that I could of killed my brother for kinda adds to it..."
